Trying to lose 12kg in 12 weeks. Strategy is lots of meat, fish, veg, cooking using extra virgin olive oil where necessary and snacks only on walnuts sparingly. Strength exercising mon, wed, fri, sprints on tues and sat, soccer on thurs. Walk 1 hr to work each day. diet is always what i find difficult particularly beers and wine at the weekend. i also live in italy which is full of pasta and pizza. grrrrrrr.
