I actually weighted my heaviest in 2017 and gained more than 50 pounds. Within 2 years of clean diet and mental treatment I've lost more than a half of that weight
I had a long break preparing for my exams. As a result, I gained some weight.
For over a month I've been working on myself, including daily routine habits such as:
- Fitness, cardio (10km each day)
- Intermediate fasting
- Keto
- Yoga and meditation
I work on getting over my laziness and sweets cravings in particular. And I believe that setting up a goal along with having a diary will surely come in handy during my healthy lifestyle adventure🌸
