Hello, I'm 39, with two kids and a great man! I have high blood pressure and I know the extra weight doesn't help. I want to loose 30 lbs. I feel tired, a lot, and out of breath when I reach the top of the stairs. I FEEL the extra weight and I want it off. My plan is to look great on my 40th birthday and feel great! At the same time as dieting, I'm quitting smoking, as well. I've gone from 2 packs a day down to less than a pack...and I only changed one thing: we don't smoke in the house anymore. I find that the smoke bothers me A LOT now, and to smoke a whole cigarette makes me sick to my stomach. So I think I'm doing great on both fronts and will reach my goals. Let's do this!
