Hi, my name is Carolyn. I am 45, happily married, mother and grandmother. I have always been very active, high strung, high energy etc. I had a complete hysterectomy for endometriosis 3.5 yrs ago, metabolism is slowing down and for the first time am struggling with weight gain that I want to get under control before it becomes even more difficult.
