As of April 24 2014, I am 51 yrs old and about 20lbs over weight. I want to get down to between 145-150 and stay there. My weight has always fluctuated but over the past 3 yrs I have lost between 35-40lbs. Entering this stage of my life is a challege because it doesn't always come off as easily as it used to. (The weight) Dealing with the hormones and the midsummer flashes, I can see I'm in for a challenge. But I am up for it. See you at 145lbs!!!
