Male age 41. Athlete throughout childhood and college. I have always worked out with some intermittent breaks due to life or injury. Recently became active again in October 2013. Focus is on traditional strength training 6x per week (90-120 min sessions), cardio 4x per week and for the first time heavy focus on nutrition. Currently in a 2 week low carb (<50g) diet. This is my 2nd round of doing this. I am currently at my goal weight and looking to continue to drop body fat and gain lean muscle mass.
