I've dealt with weight issues since I was a kid until my senior year of highschool when I lost 50+lbs from taking up jogging before school. My band director made us run the first few weeks of school to condition us and because I didn't want to be the weak link in the group I pushed myself through the initial pains of starting to workout until after awhile I started leading the pack. By the time I started being affected by the runner's high my director stopped having us run in the morning because there wasn't enough time and I decided to come earlier to run for myself. I didn't do it to lose weight but that was a great side affect. I lost all the weight and kept it off for 2yrs after that. Then baby number one came along and with her came an extra 25lbs followed by baby number two and another 15lbs and my third little bundle who resulted in another 30lbs gain. I tipped the scales at my heaviest of 220 determined that once and for all I'm getting back to my pre-baby weight of 150. I lost the weight before and I can do it again. I've lost 18lbs so far which puts me at just 3lbs shy of my heaviest weight in highschool. With time and commitment I'll be so over joyed to fit into those jeans I was so proud to wear after the first time I'd lost all the weight.
