Hi, I'm 32 years old from Thailand. Now I'm 53.4 kg Height 156 cm, I want to lose my weight 10 kg.
I was successful last year losing 7 kg (from 61 to 54) by intake 1200-1300 kcal per day and have 1,700 kcal on cheat day once a week but after that I can't loose the weight any more.
Now, I calculate my TDEE and - 500 KCAL so i have to consume about 900 kcal per day. And 1400 kcal on cheat day once a week.
I can eat everything but prefer protein which is very fulfill my stomach.
