started exercising at the ymca approx. Mar. 15th so far i have lost 8lbs with mainly just exercising alone my target weight is to be 150lbs any thng under that is great, anything under 130 is extreme..to reach my goal i have 20lbs to go and i wish to do so in another 2months time.I had a csection almost 2years ago and i am crammed for time but i still find a way to shake this weight...just remember you should intake at least half of your body weight in oz of water to stop from retaining lots of water weight...GOOD LUCK EVERYONE:)
