Back again!! In 2010 I went from 145Kg down to 105KG in around 4 months. I held the 105-110kg range for a few years with no problem at all. I then took a job where I was essentially living in an airplane and hotel. Exercise GONE. Portion Control GONE. Whole Foods GONE.

The GOOD news is I've got a new job based in the UK where I can pull things back in line again.
First Goal is back to the 2010 life style (and the weight that went along with it)
Second Goal is to shed a few more Kg and get to a stage where the tables don't have me as Obese/Overweight
