Hi!!
I'm a Mum of 2 beautiful girls. Before children I was very fit and healthy, but my first pregnancy really threw me. I was tired and sick all the time. I gave up on exercise and all I wanted to eat was potato and cheese to stop me feeling sick! I kept thinking that once I had the baby I would be able to lose the 23 kgs easily. I could not have been more wrong! I went on Weight Watchers and did lose almost all the weight but then I got pregnant again and put it all back on and more! My youngest is now 5 so I can't use the baby weight excuse any longer!!
It is time for action!
