I used to be a huge 114-ish-kg monster when I stopped weighing in 2009. Then I lost 42kgs in 2012/2013- then I picked up +-25kgs and have been fluctuating between 85-98kgs hovering above 90kgs for most of the time.
Back on the app since the end of January 2020. Life happened hard.
I used to be a runner-. I love yoga. Getting back into both.
I am starting to track my meals to see what I am eating at the moment.
Weekly weigh-in and measurements- The last decent weigh-in I did was in January 2021. So I am not restarting just picking up from where I left off.
