I have at least 3 sets of before and after pictures. This time I hope to get the sugar monkey off my back. Not the white stuff or the brown, I've been using stevia for years I'm referring to those foods that seem to just fuel my cravings - bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, crackers, tortilla chips and mixing bowls of popcorn. I've tried all kinds of diets (WW fat and fibre, points system, Atkins and also running half-marathons) now I will attempt the LCHF diet advocated by DietDoctors.com.) This will be a challenge as I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian. (Who secretly eats bacon.)
