Hi,I work as a support worker for disabled persons, I also work in resthome.Which keeps me busy,and out of mischief,lol. Also means I dont get to be on commputer much.A lot of the support work is sitting,so no exercise,which is also taking the clients out to cafes for lunch,I try to choose healthy foods,and drinks(mostly this happens).There is only my husband and I at home now,so I try(again the try!!) to cook healthy meals,low fat etc.
I like walking and get to walk sometimes,but not enough,working on more time to walk.
