I am 35 years old. Petty much morbidly obese, according to BMI. I started my journey @ 133.6 kg(294lbs) on 01/01/2014. This is not the first year that I decided to loose weight. But this is the year that I make it happen.
I am a hard worker, that loves my job most of the time. Working long hours, 14hrs plus per day, that made me all work and no play. I have for far too long not looked after myself. "couch potato". It is time to take my life back.
