I’m 58 have been a smoker more than half my life but I am working on that. I gain weight in the summer reaching 108lbs and by winter I am back down to 101lbs which had been my normal weight. I am a case manager for a guardian service and I recently started a non profit for transitional housing for the homeless. I have poor eating habits and it’s nothing for me to go an entire day without eating. My biggest problem is I am bored with the foods I like and recently begun to incorporate foods growing up I said I didn’t like but had never really tried. I am hoping coming to this forum will help me with my weight gain goals and maintaining it.
