I'm in my mid fifties and getting some rolls around the middle I have never had. I do strength training and some eliptical cardio but not the most consistent. I have had a lot of fun eating just about all I wanted during this holiday season. Now, I need to get it off. I do regularly eat salad with lots of different veggies, fruit toppings but low energy about 2:30. I find that after dinner, I tend to eat more in front of the tv instead of just going to bed. Some support would be grand!
