**I am 51 years old. I have been married to a wonderful man for 25 years. (I truly never thought someone would love me like he has - I really am blessed.)
**We have 3 children and we helped to raise my nephew, also. Our kids are all grown and we have 4 grandchildren. Our kids all live close by, so we get to see all of them often.
**I am a Christian and was saved when I was 19 years old. God is my life.
**I want to lose weight for a few reasons, the most important being that this body is God's dwelling place. I shame Him and do not honor Him when I keep myself unhealthy. The second reason is that my husband deserves a woman who is fit to love. My health is the next reason. I had breast cancer in 2000 and obesity is a huge risk factor for cancer and a whole host of other health problems.
