Living healthy - getting exercise that you love, not dread; eating right because you love the food, bot because you are restricting; and daily meditation - is a lifestyle, not a diet or a program. I am 50 years in the making and still becoming.
After more than a decade of dedicated exercise (none of which I record here because it's too limited) and low-fat eating and never really seeing the results I should be, I re-evaluated the way I ate. What I found was that I was experiencing carbohydrate overload/bloating. When I switched to a Paleo plan, within three weeks I had a completely different body. I am hooked.
