Hello...I am in the military, 49yrs old, 6ft 1in. I have been a member of this site since May 2009 when I was looking for some way to count my calories and I must say that is has been critical in helping me reach my weight loss and fitness goals. I am not overweight but can shed a few pounds. I have made major changes in my diet and watch every single calorie I take in. Based on my activity level I am currently on a 2400 calorie diet but rarely to I ever go over 2000 unless its a cheat day. If you need any help or encouragement I am here to assist.
