Mom of two (28 and 23) and Grammy of two (3 & 1). These last 4 years I packed on so much weight. I finally hit my breaking point after seeing photos of myself. I didnt know who the fat girl was blocking my picture. I was me! I started intermittent fasting in May 2020 and set 4 smaller, less overwhelming goals. I started at a whopping 248! 1st was goal was 20 lbs, second goal was 214 (no longer obese), third goal is under 200 lbs and my weight loss goal is 175 (no longer overweight). Ill see at that point if I want to adjust to 165. I've Got This!! :-)
