Hi everyone,
While reluctant to open myself up to the group, I do need the encouragement to not only lose the weight, but keep it off. The maintenance is the hardest part for me. I am 52 and have thyroid issues, so my metabolism is shot. I am a writer, so I sit at a desk for 6+ hours a day, but I do take breaks and try to walk twice a day. I am going low-carb this time around with the intention of doing more physical activity.
