Tues. March 22nd, 2016
Today I begin a new chapter in my fitness goals. My weight today is 220.5 pounds. I am 5'10 and 46 years old. I will be following a ketogenic Diet. My goal weight is 200lbs by April 22/2016 ( my 47th birthday ). I will be doing Judo/BJJ 3 times a week as well as lifting weights and cardio. During work hours I will be able to follow my meal plan with little trouble the test will be when I go home. I like to eat in front of the TV ( who doesn't ). I will keep a daily journal on this site to help keep me accountable and weigh in every Mon. morning.
Get through each day successfully as each day will add up and before you know it you will have had a successful week, month and year. ( A journey of a thousand miles begins with just a single step )
