I am a 59 year old Gradmother raising a grandchild with FAS. I have very high cholesterol.I am on medication for this. My exercise is keeping up with grandchild and new puppy. Have dieted all my life but the weight keeps coming back with even more on. This time I am just trying to eat healthy and cut back on portions. I am using a sandwich plate rather than a dinner plate.
