As of joining I am 29 years old. I've been overweight most of my life. The heaviest I got to was 340lb. It was definitely a low point. Since then I have yo-yo'd a bit. I was eating healthy for a while, but after my son was born I dropped out of the routine in favor of "convenience". I have since learned that there is nothing "convenient" about eating unhealthy. Shortly after this realization, I joined Golds Gym and started working with a trainer. I dropped from 325 down to 290. Fell off the wagon again and worked my way slowly back to 310.
In March of 2010 I moved to a new state and decided along with this change, it was time to take control of my health again. I have lost 28lb. since then, and I am going strong.
