I started my journey (AGAIN) in December 2016. I lost 45 lbs on a medical weight loss program with my doctor. It caused me to develop some very unhealthy eating habits including binge eating,purging, and excessive laxative use.Knowing what I was doing was wrong and that I was going down the wrong path. I quit the program and gained some weight back. Now, here I am at 245 lbs (6/14/17) and am ready to get myself back on track the healthy way!

I have a 3 year old that I want to show how to love our bodies no matter what and show her how to eat/live a healthy lifestyle. I love my daughter more than anything and am using her as motivation to get my life back.
