I keep gaining and losing the same 10lbs. I start off real good then I lose interest and find another "new" thing or program to do.
I love to cook, I'm a foodie so is my husband! I also like 🍷 a lot. I like to workout but I've become inconsistent with that too. I to be challenged and held accountable to someone else. I feel like a professional dieter. I'd really like to someday this just be my lifestyle where I eat in moderation and exercise because it's good for me not because I'm trying to get the body of a 25 year old.
