I have dieted on and off since I was a teen but never stuck to any of them for very long. I love my food but I really need to lose weight so I'm ready to commit. My husband and I are in this together and so far we're doing well! We're drastically restricting our calories, avoiding carbs particularly bread/pasta (I daydream about a big bowl of pasta!) and generally eating healthier foods. It's a big challenge but I've had a great start and want to continue!
