Hello!!! Im 28 years old and have been off and on a weight loss journey most of my adult life. My highest weight was 296 lbs and now I've been bouncing back and forth between 285-288lbs, my overall goal weight is 135lbs. Im glad i found out about this site and can't wait to lose the weight!!!!!

-50LBS (taking the aerial silks class at my local pole dance studio)
-75LBS (having a spa day!!!)
-100LBS(buying bracelet that I've been eyeing)
-125LBS(buy Tiffany's necklace I've been wanting)
-153.5LBS (GO on a nice vacation)
NON SCALE GOALS:
-Run a 5k
-Complete challenge on FatSecret
-Move up to intermediate in my bootcamp class.
-Get into 1st pair of goal jeans
-move up to advance level in bootcamp
-get into 2nd pair of goal jeans
-run a 10k
