This is going to be a big, but much needed change in my lifestyle. After blood tests for my husbands work & my glucose levels being almost double where they should be, i've decided weight loss & an eating plan that cuts out sugars can be the best decision for me! I've got nothing to lose but weight & unhealthy habits... bring it on ATKINS! I'm ready to face this head on with the support system I have behind me!!! LET'S DO THIS!!!
