Started out weighing 320 pounds and in October of 2013 decided enough is enough and started working on losing weight. Lost 70 pounds by the fall of 2014 and now I am stuck. I am having trouble getting back on "a" diet again. I haven't gained any of the previous weight back but I need to get going again and I hope you guys can help me do that. Thanks for listening.
