I dug my scale out of storage! Tempted to hop on it, but I'm gonna wait till next Wednesday (scared, really, of seeing how right or wrong this office scale is)!

It doesn't matter if you do it now or next week as it will be whatever it is and it only a number at that.

I'd keep those scales out! When I started, I had no idea I had gained so much. I'm gonna keep that scale out, especially when I lose my weight and start adding in some (some) carbs! You've done so good. It's sure a lifestyle change
