One and a half days in, and I'm learning something.
Namely, carb flu is real and it's upon me. I need to drink more water.
Also, I can't eat until I'm at work. I ate breakfast at home yesterday and was starving all day, and I ate at work today, and I've generally been better. I'm excited for dinner, but I don't think I'm going to die or anything.
Gym today. Going to get weighed in and have my body composition measured (whatever, I don't really care, it's not going to be big news or anything), and then home for more meal prepping and cooking dinner.
Basically, I think most of my suffering is psychologically based. I can't honestly be as hungry as my stupid body is telling me that it is, and now seems like a convenient time to cultivate a little discipline about it.
I'll be ok! I'm doing it!
