Day fourteen of my 90 day program went really well, only I'm finding it hard to write a journal post while fasting. Lazy? Tired? Both? Not sure, but I am trying to stick to my plan of writing something each day. Not sure if I missed some days. I'll have to go back and check.
So what happened? Mostly I stayed in bed watching videos on health. I like the advanced research about how our bodies work and what is ACTUALLY happening when we diet or fast or even overeat. So interesting. Who knew we had so many hormones and some of them are sabotaging our progress? lol
The first 2 days of this weekends fasting were so easy. No headaches, no sickness, no hunger, and I even walked 4 miles each day except for yesterday (Sunday). Now, on Sunday I had a really strong hunger pain, no I mean a REAL hunger pain and Crumbcake woke up startled "What the hell was that?" he asked. I told him to hush, it's what actual hunger feels like, and realized I usually eat WAY before this point. I think Crumbcake is adjusting to our more disciplined approach to weight loss, and I'm getting more adjusting to all this extra exercise.
