I gained exactly 1 lb. since weighing in mid-morning Saturday.

Considering that I drank 5 Tall Boys of regular beer Saturday night and Sunday I had barbecued pork spare ribs with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob I think I came out of this weekend pretty well.

This morning I had a good breakfast (644Kcal) and I'm still not hungry almost 5 hrs. later, but I will have either a small salad or an apple just to keep that edge off until supper.
