Just like exercise and increasing your heart rate and bringing back down again and increasing and back down we all know is the best aerobic work out for the heart. Well for me and I'm sure for bigger people just like me your joints tend to hurt even doing the low impact aerobics. Especially over 40. I find that one day a week not doing any work out helps to alleviate that pain. My day is Thursday. I enjoyed myself by cooking a nice dinner when I got home and read and talked with my family back home and got caught up with friends. :) What did you do?

Read your journal and thought I would offer a suggestion. Perhaps to alleviate joint pain you could do two days of exercise and take one day off. The day that you take off do stretches and if possible ask the doctor if there are any exercises that they can suggest that would help your joints. Unfortunately at one time or another we all have the pain in the butt joint aches. Take care!
