어제 컨디션 안좋아도 운동하고 일찍 잤더니 몸무게 쫙내려감ㅎㅎ 오늘은 등산고고!
53.5 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
