describe tempeh taste and texture to me please. I am a vegetarian and have seen it around my food isles but I do not like tofu(may not be anything like it) and it normally is neighbor to the tofu. Thanks.

Tempeh is soybeans and brown rice - high protein. Texture is nothing like tofu despite being soybean based. Firm texture, earthy flavor.

I've seen recipes for tempeh, but haven't found it in my local store. Now I'm putting it on the top of my list 😍
