I started my diet on Monday. So far I lost 2 pounds. it is very hard though. I am trying not to eat any bread, rice or pasta, right now. Trying to eat vegatables are the hardest thing. My goal is to lose 20 pounds by November. I have been trying since January .lol but ofcouse it is very hard.. No support around the house, kids are eating everything, husband is a great cook. Just need to cut back.
