心得:其實我這週瘦的也不少,總共2.6公斤,覺得還滿開心的。
而且目前都還滿喜歡這份新工作的,雖然有時挫折感很重
但學到不少新東西,覺得很充實,希望自己能撐下去。

Exercise: walk (4.7 miles/1 hour)
Journal: I've lost about 5.7 lb since last thursday,
and I feel a slight sense of achievement.
I'm also happy about my new job,
which frustrated me from time to time,
but offered me a great opportunity to learn something new and useful.
I feel enriched every day and hope I can keep the job.
