FatSecret really works for me! I've recommended it to a couple of my work friends, but they're not keen on weighing and measuring their meal components. I don't mind it at all---if anything, it reminds me of how much I used to eat vs. how little it takes to make me feel full now. Good luck, Shawna!! Enjoy exploring the site!
