I do mostly stretching. And some short workouts from YouTube like 8 minutes abs and so on. Even 8 minutes for me now feels like something very difficult. And I'm trying to walk more.

check out on the website , Tracy Anderson workouts. You don't need weights or gym to do these workouts. 7 or 8 minutes to do these and it is kind of hard at first , but it really helps with toning the muscles. My best workout is walking and a little jog in between.

I have a hernia in need of repair. Until I can get that done, I am just walking briskly - about 4 mph pace. I get in about 15 miles a week (3 - 4 miles 3 - 4 times a week, weather permitting it is more). A good friend of mine lost almost 100 pounds in a year just following low carb lifestyle and walking 30 minutes a day (and he didn't start walking until 6 months into his regimen). That's really all you need to do to stay healthy. It just depends on your desired level of fitness.

I do split training. Which is i workout different body parts each day of the week and mix in cardio about 3-4 Times a week. About 5 sets of 8-12 repetitions. My cardio I mix up between the rower. Stair climber and the treadmill.
