店員可能沒遇過要雞腿飯而不要飯的客人吧?...其實不需要飯的客人大有人在啊…突然發現我遇到好店家,公司在定便當時簡直是讓店家傻眼,因為每個人低碳生酮的進度不同,老闆佛心來著不要飯的加菜量補給你...
只要清楚自己是在讓身體恢復到最健康的狀態就好,有時家人何嘗不也無法理解,更何況是外人...你很棒了...
