gara2 hari jumat dan sabtu makanku ga meal plan, langgung naik berat ku 2kg.. pdhl cape dietnya. dr pd aq lemes aq minum teh manis aja. Ternyata kalori dr teh manis 55kcal doank yah. apa iya yah ???? jd hr ini yg aq konsumsi hy segitu apa bnr!!
