I am thrilled today. I bought a new Weight Watcher's digital scale and I was so sure it would show me 4 or 5 lbs. heavier than my spring scale but it didn't. I weighed on it and this afternoon I weighed 232.4 which probably means I weighed less than that this am so my spring scale was very accurate after all. I will weigh in the am and consider it my initial weigh-in since my official weigh-ins are always first thing in the morning because I usually weigh the least then. Maybe I'll even be under 232. That would be awesome! But whatever it says - that will be my new official weight going forward. I leave for my 3 1/2 day retreat tomorrow am. I learned a friend of mine is in the hospital and I am going to visit her on the way to my retreat. She may have leukemia. I feel bad even going to retreat when she is in the hospital but I paid over %100 to pay for my spot so I guess I will go on. I am so nervous about the retreat because of the food - I will actually be relieved to come home. I have planned well and I will stick to my plan. Hope all of you have a great weekend.
