High All. Having fun entering exercise. I fon't usually think of anything but walking, swimming or working out. I consider myself sedentary. Who knew to count cooking, housework, gardening. I've been working on lowering carbs and calories to try to get some movement on the demon scale. In the meanwhile, I'm enjoying my WOE and life in general.
