started intermittent fasting yesterday..ill be breaking at 12 noon..God so strengthen me to pull this fasting thing off🙇🙏 I've never tried it,im just worried about the stalling of my weight..pls share tips( those who' ve tried it before)

is there coffee creamer in there, or is it just black, unsweetened?

There's full cream butter, coconut oil, fresh cream, unsweetened cocoa, coffee and xylitol granules

I started last week en this week I decided to cut out black unsweetened coffee completely. i drink only plain/still water end I break en close the fast with a fruit since this during the 8hr eating period I am not going to lie, this week was much better than last week en I am watching a lot of Fledge Fitness youtube on IF.

I would say twice a week it works for me I dropped my stubborn fat around my stomach and I'm down to 9% body fat now and I will be competing in 4 weeks time
