I'm still sick... this sucks. Someone in the office was just diagnosed with infectious pneumonia. I really hope that's not what I have.

The time away from diet/exercise has given me an opportunity to think... which usually gets me into trouble.

I had really good losses while I was a vegetarian, and since I've started eating meat (December), things just haven't been going my way. I'm probably going to use up what I have left, then go back to bein' a tree hugging hippie. That, and I need to start running more often again.

It's been long enough now that this shouldn't spoil anything...

LOL!! That was the best part! Sorry you are sick, hope its not that bad either. About meat, are you eating too much red meat? You know about lean meats being better, I am sure. How does it make you feel to go back to vegetarian, would you miss it or are you missing veg? Just curious?

Love the randomness. Cindy's point about lean meat is good. Cutting back on meat in general is also an option; maybe alternating between vegetarian and non-veg days based on your running schedule. You know what's best about what works for you, though. I always find it hard to rack up enough protein without some meat, and definitely feel fuller and have more energy when I'm getting enough protein.

I tired veggie for 3 months and it wasn't too bad but I didn't get the losses I liked but I gained more diet discipline.
