I dipped almond butter into melted dark chocolate. I don’t even know the calorie count, but it was totally worth it. Instead of eating a bag of Lay’s potato chips, a bucket of chocolate ice cream, and drinking five glasses of wine, I chose the healthier option of almond butter and dark chocolate. Period cravings are the worst. They can derail your diet and totally knock you off your routine; however, I’ve learned to give in enough to my cravings that I won’t binge but only eat enough to satiate the want.
