Another pound! Eating pretty well-had some sugar cravings and a couple of beers...but for the most part, sticking to the diet. It feels good to be cooking at home again. Part of the reason I put on so much weight was eating out all the time. (Or having pizza or chinese food delivered). Slowly but surely...
